The heartless are catching wind of your heart so they’ll eventually come for you.
かぎつけ = to sniff out/to get wind of
So Leon is basically saying that the heartless are seeking him out and they will find Sora soon.
Make sure you’re prepared for that while you still can.
今のうちに = While you still can/while the time is ripe

Sora if you want to look for your friends that’s all the more reason to go with them.
